Basically, allow to take screenshots of user's desktop.

Depends on #3 (upload/download files part).

File uploading is working (at least I hope it is). @Hexawolf, you can start working on agent code and I will ofc take care of web interface.

We probably want a separate task type like "screenshot", result should contain URL of screenshot file POSTed to server.
