Marquise setup #29

If the Marquise are in play, they set up first:

  1. Choose a corner clearing for the keep, placing the keep there, and warriors in all other clearings except the corner across
  2. Place one of each building in the clearings with or adjacent to the keep.

Get all the pieces to show up on the Marquise faction board as well.
