Advertise and ClientAdvertise messages are not symmetrical. #727

Description Advertise on the server side has the following fields according to the spec, however ClientAdvertise is "missing" the schema field. Is this by intention? If you have the possibility to publish protobuf data, too, this field would certainly be necessary.
