"Advertise" and "Publish" Methods Not Accessible in Panel Context? #910

The need for multiple user scripts, which would be burdensome, is eliminated with my use of topics. This seems contradictory to the documentation and methods provided in your previous articles on GitHub and project management. How can I access "advertise" and "publish" methods?
