move from clover to opencore? #232

I think it would be great to move from clover to opencore, since I think it's much cleaner than clover.

Open to helping with this time allowing in the coming months

I tried it and keyboard and mouse that i passed through completely froze and wouldn't work. While clover always worked. My only gripe with it. Was probably my error but still.

@LordJashin32 I'm using OpenCore from kholia/OSX-KVM with my foxlet/macOS-Simple-KVM branch with some minor graphical issues
