Unable to install - My Disk is not found

When I launch the created VM I only see one harddisk in state "locked", even though my created 64GB disk is visible in virt manager.

Any suggestions?

...solved. Had to manually initialize the disk with disk util first.

Maybe that could go in the docs?

Can you share more details on how you did this? I think I am having the same problem.

The disk utility in the Mac OS X installer doesn't show the 64GB disk I created. Not sure how to get it to show up.

I'm having the same issue. Edit: partition the disk first in the installer's partition manager.
