Recommended Hardware ? #8

Can you please recommend some affordable hardware that will work? Like a raspberry pi etc? Thank you!

A basic Athlon 200GE setup would be cheapest AMD-Vi compatible system I can think of. A Raspberry Pi or other embedded board doesn't meet the requirements for any of this.
