We need to accommodate for incoming users and so we will need a model, controller, etc. that handles user-sign-ins and account information.

Basic stuff added. Without format I just slapped on the sign in on the home page. Right now the views and controller are the default. If this should change let me know in a new issue. As for now this is completed.
