stories edit partial chapters tab #5

well, having spent the last n hours beating down CSS to try to get these damn forms to line up correctly, I have officially given up. Go to /stories/:id/edit?usertab=chapters to see what I mean (be sure to create some chapters and stories first). Right now, the buttons are off-center; but I guess I will just claim I'm going for a modern-art sort of feel when pressed.

Okay, well, this is not even important so it's gonna go under a wontfix category. Bigger fish to fry here!
