Please support "no audio". #18

It would be nice to have "no audio" as a choice in the Audio Filters.

Information about this feature:
"The -noaudio parameter can be used to remove audio from a video file or not to 
use audio when compiling one" (http://wiki.quakeworld.nu/Mencoder_howto).
