DivX Converter Can't find "Light"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Convert MKV? (Maybe anything?)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Properly converted file to DivX format

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1-1
Linux Mint 14

Please provide any additional information below.
this is what it exits with
Exiting...

File not found: 'Light'
Failed to open Light.
Cannot open file/device.
the video is formated, but their's no audio in the video file, it's also still 
in an AVI container

I got a few of them to convert with audio even with the error, however it 
doesn't have the dual audio, doesn't add the subs, and still lists itself as an 
avi instead of a DivX

It would also be nice if it could handle internal subtitles from an MKV/OGM
