Added DEM routine and deconvolve plots #20

Added routine FOXSI_DEM_LOCI to generate dEM loci curves from the measured FOXSI data. Added work on image deconvolution -- no new procedures, but the script is in the linz directory and results can be found in plots/deconv/.
