update response code to include "year" keyword #87

As discussed on the Feb 12 Zoom call, remove the default year and make any ensuing changes.

I've adjusted the code so that it uses the YEAR keyword if set (no default value), and if YEAR is not set, the code will use the COMMON DATE set by running foxsi.pro to determine which flight to consider. This code is ready for others to review again!
