Added to documentation on imaging and spectral response. #31

The docs for using the spectral response and the imaging codes are now more developed, with examples. The effective_area.md is now spectral_response.md. The only changes to the codes themselves are light touches to change amount of text printed out in each run.

Addresses Issue 26.

Since these are primarily documentation edits that barely touch the code, I'll likely merge in the next day or two. Let me know if you see something amiss or if you'd otherwise like me to wait.
