Specify shutter thickness by value and touch-ups to spectral imaging code #33

-- Added ability to specify shutter thickness by value so that users can more easily play around with shutter config. Also documented this in the help file; you can use those lines to test the code.

-- In the code that produces the imaging spectroscopy cube, I fixed a bug that caused it to break if the source map structure had an energy bin that exceeded the default energies returned by the effective area routine. I did not change the way the interpolation is done, so that issue remains open.

-- In the same routine, I changed the map ID to just "FOXSI counts" and the energy bin of the map.

@ehsteve @aringlis @ayshih I'll merge this soon (probably tomorrow) in order to have the tools available for this week's science meeting, so please take a look.

I made the aesthetic fixes Albert suggested.

Albert, just to check, did you try running the code? It would be good to get confirmation that these things work on other people's installs.

I've tested the code modifications that haven't to do with cubes.
