Please remove outated / discouraged installatiomn guide from README.md.
ioBroker adapters should NEVER EVER be installed using npm and even installation from Github is strongly doispouraged. Using npm install whithin an incorrect default directory can couse serois problems with the coplete installation.
Please either remove installation guide completly (preferred) or use the official ioBroker commandline verbs to describe a manual installation.
