omit needless words

Whenever possible, you should strive to omit all the various repetitive, redundant or needless parts of a piece of writing, and only keep words that convey useful information.

I am a fan of "Elements of Style". I wonder what it has to say about titles and body text - I always like to have body (not asking you to add it, just saying my bit). I admit that a body in this case is unlikely to add any more detail since we should assume we know what a README contains, but "No description provided." always triggers me.
