Add Japanese translation #85

Hi, Sorry for creating a PR again, but I missed some Japanese translations and found small translations errors in my previous PR. Please kindly review this PR as well. Thank you very much.

BTW, why not choose the generic "ja" instead of "ja_JP"?

MDN also uses "ja" e.g. https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/Internationalization

You're right. The directory name should be ja since the Japanese translation is independent from locale information. I have updated the PR and confirmed it worked with ja directory on my Japanese environment.
