Synchronize Settings doesn't work #208

I added a proxy on one device but it has not been replicated on another one. "Synchronize Settings" feature is ON on both.

Firefox send the sync data periodically, therefore there would be a slight delay.

Nonetheless, the Sync process is re-written in FoxyProxy v8.0.
