mvn_import_cacert broken on Cygwin due to 024059bb2349605fbcd5e0d123abbc2101916e83 #18

After the fix everything works fine on Linux, but Cygwin fails for all invocations of mvn_import_cacert with the following error message:

Could not find local CA certificate with subject key ID xx:yy:zz in directories /etc/ssl/certs
