Caused by RSA libraries update in BIP 4.2 SP4 and higher. Full description is available in SAP Note 2451365. Solution is to add at least jcmFIPS.jar from SAP BI Java SDK to SAP IDM classpath, in addition to the other JARs documented in INSTALL.txt
