Added filtering and deletion mechanism for movie ratings

When receiving a large number of cloud disk movie sharing, it is actually difficult to distinguish these movies manually. I briefly tried this effect based on aligo's file traversal and file deletion functions combined with Douban's scoring mechanism. It seems to be able to run, but Douban there is an anti-crawler mechanism, which really bothers me.

This has two functions: saving disk space, which of course also means saving money and time (avoiding wasting time watching low-scoring movies, which has a positive effect on improving the movie-watching experience)
