Simplify geojson and polygon table in database

Geojson simplified but no speed-up...need to take a deeper look.

geojon simplified but didn't upload correct version of the app to shinyapps - now done this and app is faster. Also added loading spinner - which partially works. Still a bit slow in loading but just about acceptable - so closing for now.
