organization id #19

Clicking on apply now next to family promise should generate a sort of tag that follows user, then upon creation of account the tag should be converted into an org id, allowing the filtering of requests by org id so that users outside family promise do not see requests made to family promise and vice versa

Tenants / Landlords don't need a organizationId since they're not viewing any request besides their own. PM's and orgAdmin's on the other hand are given an orgId upon creation and we use that to filter out the requests.

Ok, so based off which apply button is chosen, we will need to update an orgid on the request?

Yeah, right now it's defaulting to Family Promise but after we onboard new organizations we'll have to change that

With CC off, let's replace that with Emanuel Family Life Center. They received funding and are likely going to hop on the HAP to manage it.
