Modify nginx.conf so that AMSoil and FOAM can run in parallel #154

nginx.conf file needs to have the unified conf of the two services, in order to avoid problems on the production machines which will run both. E.g., with the AMSoil-modified nginx.conf, FOAM cannot be correctly initiated (port 3626 does not become active). This is an issue that can be easily solved if the two different confs are merged correctly to a single file. I will look into the correct way to go.

This does not relate to FOAM src, so I will check with other partnetrs who use amsoil what is needed for the parallel work of the two components. For example, we can easily merge my conf with Albert's conf hoping that no collisions occur. This issue is closed for now and will be handled on demand.
