Updating Project/Slice names in expedient cause inestabilities on OFManager and VMManager #201

When the Slice or Project names are updated only Expedient's database is updated. Admins lose track of the updated names in VMManager, FlowVisor Slices and OFManager FlowSpaces.

As temporal solution, the edit projects & slices button is removed. We may evaluate to add this feature again in further OCF versions.
