Choose OF controller from existing VMs at the slice #218

In the slice detail page, where the controller address is set, it would be useful to let the experimenter choose from an existing VM in the slice (thus obtaining the IP internally) or set a different IP.

The form would show the following:

OpenFlow controller IP                           OpenFlow controller port

Choose an existing VM
++++++++++++++++++++++++                           +++++++++++++++++++
+ List of VMs in slice +                           +                 +
++++++++++++++++++++++++                           +++++++++++++++++++
    OR set another
