Log contents cleaning needed

• Cause: the verbose attribute (verbose=getattr(settings, "DEBUG", False)) is set to the same value as django.settings.DEBUG
• Modification: as it is interesting to keep the Django DEBUG flag as True (at least for the development environment), the offending line was modified so verbose = False
• Alternatives: setting the DEBUG flag directly to false in the file /opt/ofelia/expedient/src/python/expedient/clearinghouse/defaultsettings/ django.py

HTTPS pings to child processes from Apache:

• Cause: the LogLevel is set as "info", allowing more information (as this HTTPS pings to processes) to be logged
• Modification: set LogLevel = warn

• Cause: this file imports in the first lines from RegistrationProfile (a class that belongs to the python-django-registration debian package). This package warns about the deprecation when Python2.6+ is used
• Modification: this import is needed for the method activate only. The import is set just before its dependency
• Alternatives: update the python-django-registration debian package from its sources -- though I'd personally wouldn't do it until a full upgrade of the components are performed
