WGS aliquots for the following cases are still being included in M2-calls:

GLSS-MD-LP01
GLSS-MD-LP02
GLSS-MD-LP04
GLSS-MD-LP10

They are using the GLSS-JG PON.

There was a minor bug int he manifesthandler that was causing depricated aliquots to be included.
