Need to write code to sift thru results/align/wgsmetrics files to enumerate cumulative coverage per aliquot.

This has been added to /data/ref/ and code placed in the R directory.

Mistakenly closed this issue. We still do not have Wgsmetrics for Hong Kong and Henry Ford WXS samples, so the cumulative coverage for those samples was not included in the file on /data/ref.

These should be here now. Can you re-run and push results to analysis.coverage on the database?
