Vector Tile Basemap Upgrade

• Moving away from Tangram, which is becoming less stable
• @gisdevcc is working on updating leaflet and building a vector basemap

My recommendations for moving it forward. Obviously out of my hands in like 24-hrs. Something for you two to decide with Carl or next web manager.

• Have street layer above the FPDCC boundaries. FPDCC boundaries should be completely opaque.
  • If this isn’t possible, create new FPDCC boundaries so they reflect the road ROW and don’t overlap public streets (which is the case in many places). May need to redraw parking lot boundaries near entrances too. Realize this is a lot of work… @glw
• Need water layer in blue
• Layering (top to bottom):
  • FPDCC location and trail data layer
  • Street (grayscale)
  • Water (blue)
  • Parking points (FPDCC basemap)
  • Parking lots (FPDCC basemap)
  • Nature Preserves (FPDCC basemap)
  • FPDCC Boundaries (FPDCC basemap)
  • Everything else (grayscale)
• Basemap colors:
  • FPDCC boundares = #c4edc7
  • NP boundaries- = #92dc97
  • Water = #8bd1e3
• Zoom levels/visibility:
  • FPDCC Nature Preserves and FPDCC Boundaries visible at all zoom levels
  • Parking lots at 14
  • Parking points at 16
