I noticed that http://chicago.smoovebike.com is a dead link. Is that what this issue is referring to?

Yes, we have a new vendor offering dockless bike rental at 50 locations (and the old system is now gone). The website for the new vendor just went live and they are rolling locations out slowly (16 as of today). I sent @glw the new location data for points_of_interest and activities. Will send over an updated poi_desc with the link this week.
