So in the config file there is some stuff that you need. i know how to get api_id and api_hash but i dont know how to get bot_token and chat_id and url Also is this bot need telegram be open beside it or no?

same here. where to get bot_token, chat_id? url is from Telegram app or some specific URL should be?

From my past knowledge i think we can get it from inspect section but i dont know where to look in there
