Support roaming #25

See roaming_* in OpenSSH's source code for more information. We need to be careful with license/copyright implications here.

This feature request is abandonned. The code for roaming support has always been experimental in OpenSSH. Moreover, support for this feature is likely to be disabled in current SSH clients due to recently discovered flaws in the code (see CVE-2016-0777 and CVE-2016-0778).
