Yesterday, I found that the connection with the original forked OCIM-BGC has been disconnected over the past month (I don't know why). Therefore, I realized that the code for OCIM-BGC were only being updated in my github account over the past month. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Therefore, I deleted the existing repository, forked and connected a new one, and updated the code changes that occurred over the past month as follows.
The main changes are: (1) mfactor is performed only once when calculating grad and Hessian in eqP, eqC, and eqO cycle, (2) time stepping method is performed when O2 does not converge in nsnew, and (3) code for isotope (C13 and C14) and their transient run were added (eqC13cycle_v2.m, time_stepper.m, etc.).
You can still find original observational data files (e.g., satellites, DOM data, WOA...) in my DFS-L directory. (/DFS-L/DATA/primeau/hojons1/OCIM-BGC/Observational_rawdata
