I have made a few changes to my version of the model in Code_withCellModel that are also relevant to other versions of the OCIM-BGC model. These updates...

fix the gradient an Hessian for rO2C in eqOcycle
change the behavior of ResetPar to return from neglogpost without solving the model if fminunc suggests parameters too far from the initial guess.
allow the model to optimize parameters in the carbon cycle without optimizing any parameters in the phosphorus cycle (useful for faster GHtest)

Notation notes:

commits starting with "(LOOK)" include changes that are not specific to the cell model/ my C2P function project
commits starting with "tmp:" can be ignored. They are mostly just small changes to the preamble in driver to initiate new runs of the model with different parameter options turned on.
