new doit and array size issues #5

I created a doit.m to run the P, C, C13 model. The C model can be run, but a lot of array size issues in eqC13cycle. I fixed some, but d0(alpha_dic2poc) needs to be double-checked! Also, the iwet(isrf) bugs me, which doesn't look correct to me.
