I think we need to agree on a basic vocabulary for linked fiestas. I believe most of it from coming from schema.org and DBpedia vocabularies.
Just trying to list what we need.

Relations:
label, description, location (lat, long, Town, City, Province, Country), start date, end date, category (international, national, regional interest), the date when declared as a festival, ...
