perm-id redirection #4

We plan to store the files at https://github.com/linked-fiestas/resource/

The will be available at https://linked-fiestas.github.io/resource/ e.g., https://linked-fiestas.github.io/resource/wd-Q21003744.ttl

Now we need to create the redirection from https://github.com/perma-id/w3id.org

1.) We need to create a directory linked-fiestas/resource

  1. Then put redirection and content negotiation rules there.
