Hello everyone. I have the firmware version 1.2.0000 on the DJI Goggles. Unfortunately, the system forces me to uprade to version 0015. There is a latched message. Is there a way to go ahead without upgrading to 0015? Thank you for your help. I can repay you with a donation.

Repeated attempts have paid off. It succeeded by some lucky coincidence. I have what I wanted, i.e. goggles and aircraft from AB1. Everything worked.

The same happened to me. Do you have a tip for me, how to get rid of the forced update message? I tried the clear-cache-trick 5 times not, without luck...

I can also offer a donation ;-)

You must use the application from Drone Hacks. If you are looking for ARB1, upgrade to version 1.2.0020, then go back to 1.2.0000. Make a Hack FCC and NFZ. The message will disappear by itself. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for your fast response, I tried it twice, no success. FCC and NFZ hacks are working fine on the drone, but goggles keep showing the update message. Because of this I also cannot switch to DIY-Mode.

Do you know what version of the goggles firmware you have? i think it should be 1.2.0000 or ... 22.

trotskas commented 2 years ago

Currently I'm on 01.02.0000 and goggles are not activated. Flashing to other versions works perfectly, but the googles still show the update message. I also cannot switch to DIY mode.

Upgrade the goggles to v.1.2.0022, and the drone to version 1.2.0000. then do a drone hack and the message will disappear.

I gave up :-( Installed 0015 and did the FCC and NFZ hack on the drone,
Goggles are locked now, but -most important- I have the strong signal and can go flying finaly. Thanks a lot for your support! I will try it again with the next goggles :-)

A reliable way to delete the message about the necessary firmware upgrade in google is to install DJIFly in the IOS version and turn on airplane mode. When connected to the google (v.1.02.0001), the message disappeared. Let that be of help to the next people. The solution stopped working with DJIFly 1.9.0 for IOS. Still works fine on lower versions. I checked on 1.5.10 and 1.6.2

I can confirm this helped me. Plugging it in allows you to put aside the message and use the UI, and putting it in airplane mode. I was able to restart it in DIY mode, unplugged it and then it didnt bring up the message again. Thanks. Currently trying to figure out how to apply this exploit but keep getting an error. So I can connect it to my DJI Avata
