cant connect multiple vista units #277

Yes, that's by design. Only one device is supposed to be connected at one time.

sorry what i was meant to say was i have tried to connect multiple different vistas to the configurator not all at the same time and couldnt get any of them to connect? i have connected each individual vista to the dji assistant and updated them so they are running the correct update for wtf and this also proves the cable and the connection works so cant see what the problem is and why i cant connect them?? have tried chrome and now Microsoft Edge with neither working ? any ideas

You are in the root tab? And the devices don't show up in the device selection? Or do they show up and you can't root? Which firmware version did you flash exactly?

Please always provide as much information as possible, otherwise debugging is very painstaking.
