Currently we fail silently, because the we have configurations for WM150, LT150, GL150 or GP150.
In non DIY modes the v2s report as "gl170" (yes, lower case).
Otherwise rooting seems to work fine (at least on a development version of margerine). The same rules about firmware versions, error results and power cycling to retry apply.
