Warn users about issues with Cura, PrusaSlicer and DJI Assistant before the root process #355

We should have a banner before the root process to help avoid issues with applications that grab COM ports.

How about: "Please close UltiMaker Cura, PrusaSlicer and DJI Assistant if they are running before rooting. They are known to cause issues with the process."
