Describe the issue

unwanted reboot ...added latency ... late recording half way into the flight

just had 2 unwanted reboots in the last five minutes only just started using the wtfos in the last couple of weeks this was supposed to be cured when I installed it. but looks like the bug is still here... I have the old fcc hack still on the goggles is this the issue ??? also 128gb SanDisk in the goggles was recording really late into all the flight's... I also felt like I was getting more latency than normal using nebula pro . but felt worse than a caddx poller for delay

The FCC hack should not in any way cause issues. Also we're quite certain at this point (with 100+ hours of bench testing and many, many flights) that the reboot issue that was out there has been solved. We have also not heard any reports of wtfos affecting latency in a negative way and it wouldn't really make much sense either considering the nature of our modifications.

It's possible that you are having fan issues (we've seen a few people have fans that die past a certain output % lately) or that you are running into some new, unknown issue with similar symptoms.

Are you able to re-produce this issue on the bench with any kind of reliability? What DJI firmware version did you install wtfos on top of? Are you having problems with multiple air units or just the one?

I lost video 2 weeks ago in flight (30-50 meters distance). I'm disarmed quad immediately. After 15 seconds the video was restored. The flight statistics after the disarm looked like random inscriptions on the screen. I also had a feeling of high delay in flight. Perhaps the delay has nothing to do with wtfos. BF 4.3.2. ftfos 0.11.0 .fake hd mode.

In spring I got some flicker and change osd position during 2-3 sec. (wtfos 0.9.1)

yer the video glitched and then froze about 1-2 seconds later and then rebooted very concerning as never had this before even tho it was installed only a couple of weeks ago. There has since been an update since my flight that I have yet to test. going to test in the house to regain confidence in it really enjoyed having the nice fonts etc but if it happens again its coming off. can't afford to kill someone just for a nice screen. just waiting to get a dry day to go out again. I bumped the ground in a sideways power loop when the video went blocky (first sign) at around 50meters but the video stayed on and managed to recover everything is in good order (I used microsoft edge to do the root and flash???? as was not compatable with my normal browser) has DJI put a bug in there software to punish us for messing around lol

My video lost without glitch. Before updating 11.0 I had no problems with video link (3 different quads). Maybe problem in DJI VTX to camera cable in my case.

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue yet, as I have updated since the issue, but will inform you if anything bad happens next time I fly.

using 4 I-flight Cristal stubby's on the goggles and a rush cherry on the vista... would loss of signal cause reboot? but this don't explain the reboot watching dvr? fingers crossed with the new update for now

using 4 I-flight Cristal stubby's on the goggles and a rush cherry on the vista... would loss of signal cause reboot? but this don't explain the reboot watching dvr? fingers crossed with the new update for now

I used power was 700 or 1200mw. I filmed drift cars during many hours before lost video. Video got lost very fast without freeze and this not typical for DJI. (I don't to remember freeze of picture). I using crystal patch & stubby's on googles and cherry on vista too.

Hi. I updated googles factory firmware to upper version. I deleted and reinstalled wtfos in googles. The problem did not return. But since then I've flown a little. I have not yet had flights that could last many hours. Perhaps the firmware update is not proceeding correctly and you should always install wtfos after uninstalling it. I had a similar problem when I updated the wtfos firmware in Vista - power unlock did not work. there were some installation errors.I had to remove wtfos from vista and install it again including root.There is also a theory that the reboot is the result of a memory card failure. The glasses with earlier firmware (DJI Googles factory firmware) had a memory card error problem. I had the old firmware for the glasses (factory firmware) because I didn’t know that after root it was possible to update it
