OSD Overlay Renderer support for split .mp4's #408

It has been reported that OSD playback with split files works fine and the .osd files contain data for subsequent files.

Therefor we should be able to

Detect when the supplied .osd file has more frames than the .mp4 and inform the user
Be able to concat multiple .mp4 files into one output
- afaik the .mp4 split is frame perfect, so this shouldn't cause any additional sync issues
