Users should be able to share a link to a room, where others can then view their video output

Users may want to share the video feed with other devices/people

A way to share a link to your feed
A new route to view someone else's feed
WebRTC data channel to pipe the content from the main device to the viewer's device

Requires #3 to be implemented first
