Installation Issues #203

The installation initially worked fine. Then when I restarted the app it started crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program ma few times while troubleshooting. Now the app refuses to work when I hit the setup.exe and spits out this error. The app works just fine on my other PC.

after some more research, I discovered I had to delete %LocalAppData%\Apps\2.0 to clear my app's cache. seems to be working now.
