Add a metadata section to the report that provides a status of available queries from daily limits.

Something that says like: —— VTI Queries: 25/100 (Daily Quota) Last Run Results: 10 Last Run: 12/12/2018 GMT 00:00:00 ——

Everything is now logged into an sqlite :)
