Big refactor

Pair programming with @CarloOtano.

Pulled functions from main clip-plot module into separate modules:

• images
• embeddings
• layouts
• utils (we had already started on this previously)

And also fixed imports so it still runs.

Still have more refactoring to do, for example to extract web_config functions and metadata functions.
