use locals() to grab arguments within project_images (the function with the @call_parse decorator)
remove parse() function (the one that used argparse directly)
add logic to pull anything from DEFAULTS dict that doesn't have a keyword argument in project_images
add *DELETEME* to .gitignore which I use in the name of a little testing notebook
